She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carter and Margaret Carter; and her siblings, Thomas, John, Joey and Caroline.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory and Carla Lucas (Ricky); her grandchildren, Tiffany (Cameron), Cassandra, Judy Lynn and Joseph; her great grandchild Sophia; and her sisters, Yvonne (Terry), Della, Cindy and Verna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
