He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Suzanna Newman and John Francis Hurley. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Sarah; and his siblings, John (Menchie), Sheldon (Cheryl), Shannon (Tetyana), Juanita (Paul), Bonnie (Ken), Caroline, Jacqueline (Dale), Idyella (Lindy) and Sharon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in Anthony's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
