He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blanchard and Emma Blanchard; his siblings, Jackie Blanchard, Cornelius Blanchard, Mark Blanchard, Jean Hinks and Brian Blanchard; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Hibbitts and Mike White.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Albert (Angela) and Shelley (Gregory); his grandchildren, Emma, Matthew and Trevor; his siblings, Ann Hibbitts, Joan White, Selena White (Henry), Marie Barter (Dave) and Danny Blanchard (Joanne); and his sisters-in-law, Theresa, Rita and Jenny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
