It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olive Shirley Norma Swyer (Stephenville Crossing, Newfoundland), who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Lomond; her son Norman Charles Swyer; her parents, Olive Swyer and Roy Swyer; and her pet Boots.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Brian LaSaga; and her siblings, Josephine, Jerry, Norman and Roy (Patricia). She is also survived by extended family, nieces and nephews and countless friends.
As Olive loved animals, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Olive's memory to the animal shelter SCAPA in Stephenville, NL.
