Limbert Francis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Young and Walter Young; his siblings, Ronald, Leo, Karl and Stella Whalen (Margaret); and his parents-in-law, Agustus and Margaret Colbourne.
He is survived by: his wife Marion; his children, Anne Young, Beverly Young and Logan Young (Stacey); his stepchildren, David Gillam (Suzanne) and Falon Gillam (Shane); his grandchildren, Sasha Young, Shiane Hinks, Rea Wilton, Cody Young, Riley Robarts, James Hinks, Mason Gillam and Robbie Wilton; his great grandchild Grayson Gulliver; his siblings, Eugene Young, Phonse Young, Walter Young, Ann Schultz, Mary Baird and Rose Evans (Bill); and his pet Tramp. He is also survived by many in-laws, dear friends, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home (37 West St, Stephenville Crossing, NL A0N2C0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St George's Fire Department Fundraiser towards the purchase of their new rescue unit.
