Yvonne Menchinton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Yvonne Menchinton (St John's, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Daniel Menchinton; and her siblings, Hilda Oake and Bernard Morrell. She is survived by: her children, Greg (Mary Lynn) and Heather Harrington (Jay); her grandchildren, Victoria Blackwood (Curtis), Jeremy Menchinton (Nakita), Leslie Menchinton, William and Gabe Harrington; her great grandchildren, Kaede, Kinsley Menchinton and Spencer Blackwood; and her siblings, Ted Morrell (Julie), Robert Morrell (Edina), Bernie Holmes (Johnny), Winne Crocker (Jason), Roy Morrell, Mike Morrell (Michelle), Cindy Morrell and Jim Morrell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Barrett's Chapel (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9).
In lieu of flowers donations in Yvonne's memory can be made to Cancer Care Foundation.
