He is survived by: his wife Denise; his daughter Jasmine Smith (Mark Polasik); his grandchildren, Cruz, Phoenix, Esmae and Oliver; his daughter Jodi Smith (Ted Hynes); his grandchildren, Emmy, Sam, Michael and Adam; his son-in-law Nick Barnable; his grandchild Rory; his mother-in-law Patsy Leonard; his sister-in-law Colette Horner (Greg); his niece Sophia; his brother-in-law Shane Leonard; his niece Jennifer; his sister Linda Goldsack (Warwick Jones); his niece Kimberley Short (Larry); his great-nephew Carter; his friends, Wins and Elaine; his children, Jaye, Joel, John, Brendan, Megan, Josh and Wayne; and his friend Greg Horner.
