He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fowler; his children, Doug (Jill), Diane, Darryl and Dennis (Lourdes); his stepchildren, Toni (Jack), Cathy and Colin; and his grandchildren, David (Shanti), Peter, Steven, Chelsey (Sheldon), Amy (Nelson), Tyler, Kyle, Taylor and Brooke. He is also survived by his siblings, and a great many close friends.
