He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Sarah (Sadie); and his siblings, Gerard, Gabrielle and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Vera (Chafe); his children, Maureen, Michael, Douglas (Darlene Johnson) and Robert; and his grandchildren, Matthew (Melissa Good), Zachary, Jeanine (Jordan Barry) and Jessica (Kade Korchinski).
