He was predeceased by: his parents, Bela and Gwendolyn; his wife Frances; his siblings, Frank, Olive, Marjorie, Gladys and Phyllis; and his son-in-law Brian Worsh.
He is survived by: his children, Gary, Debra and Pamela; his son-in-law Randy Hiscock; his grandchildren, Jason Clarke (Noriko), Christopher Clarke (Lucia), Kelly Stokes, Aimee Nickerson (Andrew), Jonathan Hiscock and Julie Slaney (Jordi); his great grandchildren, Cillian, Tia, Morgan, Rilan, Charla, Hana, George, Lydia and Naomi; and his brothers, Gordon (Audrey) and David (Elizabeth Hutton).
