He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughter Erin Matthews; his stepson Nikkos Soteriou (Alexus); his sister-in-law Karen Furtado (Francisco); his brother Jamie Mercer; and his pet Sammi.

Cremation has taken place as requested, no flowers by request.
