He was predeceased by: his siblings, David, Graham, Ronald, June and Daphne.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Claire (Larry) and Nick (Tanya); his sister Enid Amphlett; and his grandchildren, Ben, Kate (Alex), Matt, Sal (Julia) and Tim. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
