Marjorie Marie Canning Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marjorie Marie Canning (St John's, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Walsh and Josephine Walsh (White); her siblings, Marie Holloway (Walsh), Betty Broderick (Walsh) and Joseph Walsh; and her husband Elihu Canning.

She is survived by: her children, Richard and Alice (Scott); and her siblings, Shirley (Russell), Margaret, Linda (John), Debbie (Dan), Pam (John), Herbert (Gladys), John, Wayne (Geraldine), Gerald (Marilyn), Glenn (Sandy) and Neil.

Donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
