She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Parsons and Jennie Parsons of Carbonear; and her brother Sam. She is survived by: her husband Gus; her sons, Scott (Brigitte) and Stephen; her grandchildren, Marissa, Marcus and Andrew; and her brothers, Harold Jr. (Marie) and Richard (Daphne).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wesley United Church (101 Patrick St, St. John's, NL A1E0A5). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the United Church Cemetery.
