He is survived by: his sister Sandra Fitzpatrick (John Farrell); his niece Deanna Neary (Francis); his nephew Joseph Fitzpatrick (Erin); his great-nieces, Jessica Neary and Ella Fitzpatrick; his great-nephew Cole Neary; and his uncle Harold Kennell (Ruby).

The inurnment was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Anglican Cemetery.
