He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Sullivan and Belinda Sullivan; and his siblings, Chesley, Albert, Cecil, Olive and Annie.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Sullivan; his children, David (Susan), Frederick "Ted" (Geri), Gary (Gail), Joy (Dave), Glenis and Janice (Ken); and his siblings, Florence, Linda and Bill.
