She was predeceased by: her husband Fred; and her sons, Fred and Gordon. She is survived by: her children, Charles (Josephine), Linda (late Rex) and Margie (Harry); her grandchildren, Rodney, Kevin (Denise), Jody (Sarah), Renee (Brad), Holly (Brian), Heather (Jason), Chris (Brittany), Sonja, Fred and John; her great grandchildren, Parker, Ava, Benjamin, Charlotte, Leah and Freddy; and her brother Eugene Burdeh (Halifax).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barretts Funeral Home (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barrett's Chapel (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Burin SPCA, where she rescued her faithful Lucky Dawg.
