She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Brinston and Jennie Brinston; and her parents-in-law, Chesley and Leah Williams. She is survived by: her husband Eric; her daughters, Tina Walsh (Kevin) of St. John's and Holly Hircock (Chris) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Nicholas Walsh (Islay), Noah Walsh (Cy) and Adelle Hircock; her sister Jean Best (Ralph); and also, Denise and Jessica.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carnell's Funeral Home (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B 1C3). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the 2nd the Carnell Memorial Chapel (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B 1C3). A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the 2nd Mount Pleasant Cemetery (53 Jame's Lane, Schedule).
