He is survived by: his wife Liz "Dazzle"; his daughters, Tammy and Angela; his grandchildren, Nathan (Katie), Breanna (Riley), Samantha, Andrew, Brooklyn, Bentley and Andrea; his siblings, Craig (Kathy), JuneAnn and Todd; his siblings-in-law, Gerry (Carmel), Kenneth, Aloysius (Leslie), Dennis and Debbie (Shawn); his nieces and nephews, Shannon, Kathleen (Cory), Matthew, Dani, Cameron, Paige, Gracie, Kim, Tina, April, Ashley of Kendra, T. J, Tiffany, Max and Katie; his aunts, Helen, Josephine (Ed) and Phyllis; his uncle Bob; his friends, Eugene Haynes (Skully), Bobby and Max; and also Todd.
