He was predeceased by: his significant other Minnie Lear; and his parents, Robert and Ina (Hoddinott). He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret, Winnie, Hazel, George, Wally, Robert, Jim, Donald, Reginald, Randolph, Frank, Maxwell and Mollie; his nieces and nephews, Richard (Marie), Gary (Georgina), David (Anne), Campbell (Heather), Jeanie, Shirley (Harvey), Hilda (Brent) and Linda; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vickey English (Art), Eileen Brophy and Cecil.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
