With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bert Manuel (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 23, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Jean; and his children, Vernon (Anne), Brian (Donna), Robert (Robin), Peter (Cathy) and Cynthia (Ron) of Nova Scotia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

A service of celebration will be held at Barrett's Chapel on Thursday, April 26th at 1pm followed by a reception in Barrett's Reception Lounge Donations in Bert's memory may be made to the Legion's Poppy Trust at Branch #1, the SPCA, or a charity of your choice.
