She was predeceased by: her parents, Campbell Goobie and Blanche Goobie (Gordon); and her son Peter. She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Janine), Richard (MaryLou), Susan (Denis Martin), Stephen (Jean Ash) and Jane; her daughter-in-law Sandra; her grandchildren, Kathryn (Patrick), Jillian, Erica (Temoc), Stephanie, Lesley, Sarah (David), Natalie (Ian), Lauren, Jennifer (Colin), Samaya (Gary), Emilie (Tommy), Harry (Allison), Mark, Ryan Healey (Tina) and Kelly Ash; her great grandchildren, Owen, Haley, Taylor, Ariella, Esmeralda, Benjamin, Alberta, Anna, Rowan, Avery and Megan Healey; her cousins, Heather Johnston, Karen Hickman and Philip Smith (Ann); her friend Catherine Tooton; and her close friends, Roger, Diane Angel and Sandra Nightingale.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9).
