He was predeceased by: his wife Ethet Burt; and his parents, Cecil Burt and Marjorie Burt. He is survived by: his children, Cindy (Levison Young) and Daniel Burt (Tara) of Cochrane, AB; his grandchildren, Julie Young, Lucas Young and Griffin Burt; and his siblings, David Burt (Maude) of Corner Brook, NL and Kay (Max Rice) of Newville, NL. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces relatives and friends.
