He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Perry. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Christopher (Pamela) of Fort McMurray, AB, Ashley Kendell and Head of Bay; his grandchildren, Ashton and Rosalie; his siblings, Ronnie, Head of Bay, Espoir, Dale of Edmonton, AB and Connie Perry of Toronto, ON; his mother Theresa Perry (Head); and his pet Princess. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces relatives and friends.
