He was predeceased by: his former wife Eileen; and his siblings, Raymond, Leonard, Harold, Eugene, Meta Howse, Ann Howse and Lorrene Collier.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Charlene (Robert Organ), Rhonda (Craig Allen), Della (Damien Collier), Jeffery, Sherry (Wade Hoskins), Kelly (Chris Miller) and Sheldon (Paula); and his brother Everest Collier (Marina). He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Due to the government restrictions regarding Covid-19 there will not be any funeral service.
