He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Frances. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Michele Kendell, Norris Point and Kayla Kendell of Norris Point, NL; his sister Patsy (James Augot) of Morrisville, NL; his nephew Brandon Augot of Morrisville, NL; and his aunt Mary Kendell of Morrisville, NL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ascension Anglican Church.
