He is survived by: his children, Keith Shears (Janice) of Rocky Hr, Sheila Middlebrook (Michael) of Hamilton, Ont, Randy Shears (Cathy) of Harrowsmith and Michael Shears (Annette) of Springdale; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sheppard (Colin), Kerry Shears (Jennifer), Ruth (Connor), Stephen (Randi-Lynn), Bethany (Timothy), Gabriella, Moriah, Cory, Pauline (Anthony), Amanda, Isaiah and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Lucas, Aspen, Eleanora, Henry, Felix, Willow, Kaylee, Evan, Lylah and Rose.
