Smith; her parents, Duncan Collins and Emma Collins; her parents-in-law, Jim and Dora Smith; her siblings, Douglas (Julie), Hadow (Annie), Eddie (Phyllis) and Clara Pike (Frank); and her siblings-in-law, Lorraine (Bill), Marge (Murray), Winnie (Joe), Cavelle (Joe), Stella Collins, Alfred (Betty), Gerald, Winston, Jimmy and Calvin Brent.

She is survived by: her children, Donna (Ron), Robin (Gerry), Kevin (Valerie) and Cindy (Wade); her grandchildren, Michael (Rhonda), Kathy (Derek), Stephen, Megan (Brandon), Joanne (Rebecca), Justin, Jessica (Liam) and Melissa (Makile); her great grandchildren, Amber, Abbigail, Daniel, John, Thomas, Rhodie and Simon; her brother Marcus; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey Smith, Lena Smith and Norma Brent.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in her loving memory to a charity of one's choice.
