She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Albert James Higgins; her children, Gary Higgins (Heather), Gertrude Hardy (Randy), Glenda and Garfield Higgins (Jean); her grandchildren, Gina (Stephen), Ian (Stephanie), Laura (Blake), Christopher (Sara), James (Allison), Myung-Sung (Jenny) and Ryan (Lindsey); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Aaron, Andrew, Lucas, Robin, Liam, Aalyiah, Aurora, Tyler, Jacob, Alexis, Nathan, Rachel and Amelia; her siblings, Duncan (Phoebe), Garfield (Jackie), Gordon (Effie), Ron (Rosalind) and Betty (Herman); and her parents, Ronald Menchions and Alice Menchions (Smith).
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade's Funeral Home, L.T. Stick Drive, Bay Roberts on Monday: 10 A.M.-9 P.M. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy,.
