He was predeceased by: his parents, George Norman and Alice Norman; and his siblings, Rita Whiffen, Alice Brinston, Angus, George and Patrick Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Isabel; his children, Charles Jr. Norman (Lisa Whittle) of Baker Lake, Rodney Norman (Cynthia) of Creston South, Charlene Hynes (Leo) of St. Bernard's and Deidre Norman (Wayne Nolan) of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Melissa Norman (Bradley Cheeseman), Stephen Norman (Rosie Murphy), Devin Norman (Kerry Strowbridge), Ashley Norman (Kyle Murphy), Ashton Hynes, Brieanne Hynes (Ryley Fleming), Dylan Norman and Tyler Norman; and his siblings, Annie Whiffen of Rushoon, Margaret Dicks of Rushoon and John Norman.
In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID 19, a walk through visitation will take place.
