It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Henry Spicer of Rose Blanche, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Perry Anderson; his brothers, Ross Spicer, Roy Spicer, Reuben Spicer, Cliff Spicer, Wilfred Spice and Donald Spicer (Nina); his parents-in-law, Nelson and Bessie Anderson; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Parsons and Phoebe Anderson.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Eva Anderson; his daughter April Anderson (Jamie King); his granddaughter Cassandra Anderson of Burnt Islands; his siblings, Barry Spicer (Elizabeth) of Rose Blanche, Roland Spicer (Leah) of Rose Blanche, Pierce Spicer of Rose Blanche, Winston Spicer (Darlene) of Turo, NS, Scott Spicer (Darlene) of Glace Bay, NS, Maude Dobbin (John) of Rose Blanche and Minnie Francis (Rodney) of MacDougalls; and his siblings-in-law, Maxine Spicer of Rose Blanche, Pearl Rumbolt (Joseph) of Rose Blanche, Mildred Spencer (Ivan) of Port, Gloria Parsons of Port, Elizabeth Snow (Johnny) of Port, Basques, Marie Bond (Wilson) of Burnt Islands and Hubert Anderson (Selina) of Isle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
