He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter-in-law Marjorie Rice; his grandchildren, Chad, Terrance, Jacob and Erica; his great grandchildren, Gary, Ruby Jane, Brenda, Kaden, Kylie and Kolton; his siblings, Joseph (Margaret), Robert (Marie) and Helen Richards of Barrie, ON; and his mother-in-law Anastasia Hannon.
