He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, James (Jolene), Deon (Christa), Dean (Tanya), Charles (Tasha), Alvin Jr. (Pam), Tracey (Garry), Dorothy, Catherine (Ken), Charlotte (Jeff) and Valerie (Chris); his grandchildren, Kristen, Shauna, Jamie, Bradley, Alex, Shannon, Megan, Brendan, Ethan, Devin, Jeffrey, Rosie, Alisha, James and Cailynn; his brothers, Gerald (Harriet) and James; and his siblings-in-law, Betty, Rose (Albert), Phoebe (George), Blanche (Eph), Daphne (Wayne), Rod (Maryann) and Alvin.
