Ross Janes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ross Janes (Pound Cove, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Baxter Janes and Violet Janes; his sisters, Pearl (Ray) and Lillian (Max); his siblings-in-law, June and Shawn; and his father-in-law William Sturge.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela Janes; his son Leslie (Katelyn); his brothers, Tom (Pearl) and Baxter (Celia); his siblings-in-law, Mona (Wade), Audrey, Sheila, Lori (Don), Cordale, Bill (Alicia) and Terry; and his mother-in-law Adelaide Sturge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to The Recreation Department, Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay, NL.
