He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Darrell Stagg (Penny) of Newtown and Darlene Hillier (Jason) of Cape Freels; his grandchildren, Devon (Michelle) of Calgary, Alex of Cape Freels and William of Newtown; his stepgrandchildren, Rikki of Brookfield, Aaliyah of St. John's and Jordan of GrandFalls; and his siblings, Claude Stagg (Susan) of Cape Freels, Audrey Cutler (Clifford) of Wareham and Hazel Welcher (Robert) of Valleyfield.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his memory to The Stagg Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
