He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rupert and Barbara (Tony Fry). He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Myrick); his sons, Chris (Corinne) and Jonathan (Kaitlin Kozell); his sister-in-law Pat (Buist); his nieces and nephews, Phil, Michael, Peter, Pam, Tina, Patti, Chris, Suzy and Mark; his significant other Brendan Farrow (Danielle); and also, Lucy, Myrick, Don, Sharon (Mike), Bill and Kathi (Jeff).
Flowers (which he loved) or a donation to a charity (which he felt important - UNHCR, The Gathering Place or one of your choice) would be gratefully accepted.
