She is survived by: her husband Frank; her daughters-in-law, Anna and Joan; her children, Suzanne O'Neill (John) of Kitchener, ON, Robert and Doug (Ruby); and her grandchildren, Robert (Donna), Debbie Matchim, Pouch Cove, Patrick O'Neill (Kelly), Shawn O'Neill (Jacqueline), Stephen Matchim (Cassidy) and Toronto.
In lieu of flowers donations in Ivy's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
