He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sullivan and Ethel Sullivan; and his siblings, Lily Cake, Thomas and Douglas Sullivan.
He is survived by: his sister Gladys Richard (Greg); his nephew Gregory McGrath (Jill); his nieces, Judy Henderson (Ian) and Beverly Malone (Paul); and his brother-in-law Gordon Cake.
