He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Lowe and Madeline Lowe; his brothers, Bill and Harry; his siblings-in-law, Henry Plowman, Olga Plowman, Clyde, Bertha Plowman, Dolly, Jake Gould, Alma Plowman, Marie Lowe and Ilene Lowe; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Lowe Jr., Blair Payne, Cindy Gould and Rosalee Gould.

He is survived by: his wife Noreen; his son Justin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Georgia, Lana, Marlee and Marshall; his siblings, Martin, Tom (Maureen), Madonna (Brian), Mark (Sandra), Mary (Chris), Gertrude (Emedee), Gerald (Mary), Dennis (Naomi), Hilda (Clarence), Janet (Brian), Colleen (Jarvis) and Wayne (June); and his siblings-in-law, Hilda Lavers (Joe) and Everett Plowman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
