He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary; his parents, Tom Biggin and Hannah Biggin; his sister Verna Timmons; and his siblings-in-law, Regina Biggin, Rita Rumbolt, Vange Darby, Ellen Hlebik, Clem Cadet, Austin Rumbolt, Roland Darby and Frank Hlebik.
He is survived by: his wife Yvette Biggin (Cadet); his children, Ada Falle (Ralph), David (Marlene), Paul (Cynthia) and Helena (Bill); his grandchildren, Lindsey (Robert), Leslie, Amber, Jessica and Mark; his great grandchildren, Austin, Rosaleigh, Nora and Emily; his brother Ronald; and his sister-in-law Gertrude Spence (Lyman). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives, extended family and friends.
