It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Garland House of Port Saunders, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland House and Bessie House; his grandparents, Allan, Joanna House, Grant and Sarah House; and his in-laws, Charles Payne, Agnus, Eli House and Claude Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Christine House; his children, Sonya Drover (Donald), Twila Hynes (Darrell) and Gail Wyness; his grandchildren, Taylor, Mackenzie, Hannah, Jacob, Logan, David, Michael and Mackenna; his siblings, Olive Sheppard (Ray), Shirley House (Junior) and Casey House (Dulcie); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Payne; and his sister-in-law Darlene Wells.
