With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adelor Joseph Caines (Port au Choix, Newfoundland), who passed away on February 22, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence and Gertrude; his parents-in-law, Leonard and Anastasia Haggerty; his brothers, Raphael, Benedict, Ed, Don and Lawrence; and his siblings-in-law, Eudora and Romeo Beaudoin.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Melissa (Fraser) and Michael (Stephanie); his grandson Ethan; his siblings, Eileen, Noreen (Jerome), Bernice (Frank), Gord (Aggie) and Cliff (Ann); and his sister-in-law Mary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Long Term Care Unit at the Rufus Guinchard Health Care Centre.
