It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Lannon (Placentia, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her significant other Leo; her daughter Brenda; her son-in-law Ken Viscount; her sons, Derek, Glen, Wayne and Leon; her grandchildren, Vanessa Viscount (Jamie), Ashley Viscount (Brady), Austin, Madison, Britney, Brookelyn, Colton and Rachael Lannon; her sisters, Theresa Pendergast, Bernadine Synard, Hilda Denty (Ambrose), Phyllis Murphy (Aloysius), Rose Kerrivan (Jerome) and Linda Gaulton (Ed); and her siblings-in-law, Irene Lannon (Gerald), Jean Fulford and Felix Lannon (Tonya). She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
