He was predeceased by: his wife Bridget; his parents, Leo Traverse and Monica Traverse; his parents-in-law, Bill and Margaret Duke; his siblings, Leo, Ted, Martin, Stella and Betty Traverse; and his brothers-in-law, Francis Healey, Jim Griffiths and Duke.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda (Clarence) and Renee (Tony); his sisters, Kathleen (Garry) and Ethel Healey; his grandchildren, Rihanna, Chad and Chelsea; and his great grandchildren, Ericka and Sabrina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
