He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonsus Duke and Ethel Duke; and his sister Marilyn Duke. He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Duke (Liz), Derek Duke (Tracey), Gerard Duke (Sheila), Terry Duke and Deb Kelly (Allan); and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Duke (David O'Keefe), Tammy Duke (Keith Gambin), Lindsey Kelly, Elaine Duke, Alexandra White, Anna Duke (Tom), Ashley Duke, Abigail Duke (Shane), Alphonsus Duke (Jennifer Hodder) and Nicholas Kelly. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, relations, and friends.
