She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Spurvey; her son-in-law Michael O'Reilly; her parents, Margaret Griffiths and Anthony Griffiths; her brothers, Kevin and Martin; and her nephews, Rodney Griffiths and Matthew Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Stella (Bill Davis), Maurice Jr. (Charlene), Margie O'Reilly, Darlene (Glen Earle) and Wanda (Bob Duke); her grandchildren, Victoria, Matthew (Kelly), Valerie (Jamie), Stephen (Jenina), Kaitlyn (Aaron), Nicholas (Robyn), Jessica (Nathan), Marcus, Brandon (Angie), Mackenzie and Meghan; her great grandchildren, Layla, Layne, Morgan, Blake, Oakley, Liam and Clara; her siblings, Matilda (Jim), Anthony (Violet), Bridget (Ned), Anslem (Ann), Cyril (Madonna), Adrian (Breda), Daniel (Till), Ambrose (Mary), Marion (Albert), Pauline (Brian), Linda (Carl) and Wayne (Dana); and her sisters-in-law, Helen and Priscilla.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Coombs Funeral Home (267 Beach High Rd, Placentia, NL A0B2Y0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Coombs Memorial Chapel.
