As we bid Ivy Shirley farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ivy Shirley is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her husband Spencer; her sons, Shaun (Debbie) and Jeff (Julie); her grandchildren, Coady, Ethan and Jordana; her brother Gene Warren (Leah); and her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Warren, Sandra (Brian), Jim (Doris) and Rob (Donna).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coombs Funeral Home (267 Beach High Rd, Placentia, NL A0B2Y0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Coombs Memorial Chapel.
