He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Rose (Griffin); and his siblings, Gerald (Betty), William (Belle), Edmund and Nellie.

He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Colleen, Sean (Cheryl), Charlie (Shawna) and Andrew (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Michael, Emily, Jake, Emma, Brady, Brooklyn, Gabriella and Olivia; his siblings, Ron (Nora), Harriet Farrell and Theresa (Bob); and his sister-in-law Mary.
