It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Marie Griffin (Placentia, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 1, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew; her siblings, Joseph, Fidelis and Elizabeth; her sister-in-law Hilda; her nephew Steve; her son-in-law Charles Edwards; and her grandsons, Leon and Matthew.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret (late Charlie), John (Sandy), Agatha (Gordon), Matthew (Shirley), Geraldine (Jerry), Hannah (Roy), James, Hilary (Joyce), Joseph (Paula), Randall (Mike), Ronald (Donnie) and Rosemary (Chris); her brothers, John (Irene) and Gerard (Betty); her sister-in-law Noreen; her daughter-in-law Kitty; and her caregiver Darryl Griffin. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
