He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Dale Penney (Gerry Thistle) and Dawn Penney Massey Drive (Brent Mackey); his siblings, Monty Penney Pasadena (Marilyn), Daphne Badcock (Wayne) and Emmie Penney Pasadena (Otto Goulding); his siblings-in-law, Peggy Young Corner (Eric), Beverley Urquhart Steady Brook, Brenda Howell Mt (Tony), Janice Simmonds Mt and Bill Simmonds Embree (Faye Gear); and his close friends, Phonse George and Chris Bennett.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Western Memorial Regional Hospital or to a charity of one's choice.
